My bags are scheduled to arrive in PVD today, two days late. Will the delayed bags go to the regular public baggage claim belt or directly to a back office? I'm trying to decide if I should be at the airport when the flight lands to grab them off the belt or can I go a few hours later without risk of someone walking off with my bags.
