Caesar's Rewards web site issues
For the last few months the Caesar's web site shows no hotel availability in Vegas when I log in but shows availability when I am logged out but at higher prices. Reservation supervisor at call center says it is probably an IT issue but it has gone on for awhile. Call center says just call us we will make reservation for you. But I would like to be able to see the price grid.
Is this a known issue or does anyone have insights or suggestions to get this fixed? For the record I am CR diamond by way of Wyndham.
