In any event, you are right that the situation is not unique to HH. Courtyards have free internet, but full service Marriotts don't. A lot of 4 Pts have free, but Sheratons and above charge you (too much, I might add). There's been a lot of discussion about this already. But I guess they do it because we are willing to pay (all the complaining in the world does not change the fact that we do pay...). Until maybe someone starts giving away free HSIA at full service hotels, why kill a cash cow? There are suckers like me born every minute
