Location location location... At the Hampton suites up the street was higher points when I was booking! I booked about 9 months out and got fantastic point to rate return. The cash rates skyrocketed as did the point redemption. I have to say we were very lucky and are very happy.
Recently canceled and rebooked a property in France as the points dropped... And still a very good point to cash rate ( just about .006)
