I had to call in to renew the Costco membership using my Citigold Debit Card. I did use it to pay for a full year of Hulu at $59.99, even though that was not one of the options listed for reimbursement, and it was reimbursed in full. They also reimbursed $140.01 of my $180 Costco renewal, so I assume if I had not done the Hulu subscription my entire Costco renewal fee would have been covered.

Are the subscription rebates per 12 months or calendar year?
