Yes, Lee Hsien Loong made a comment months ago when the Australian PM made a visit to SIN enroute to the G7 summit in Cornwall, to the effect that borders would open up between the two countries when the politics allowed it. And that I assume he wasn't talking about Singapore politics. Obviously the reason why Australia is not party to a Vaccinated Travel Lane, as still not firming up their plans, and not entertaining reciprocity with Singapore yet either. Almost worthwhile a detour to the US for 14 days to avoid being locked in my apartment for 7 days when I return home to SG from Australia.
