My history is that they ticket within hours, although others have reported it taking days. U might want to call or tweet AA and ask if there is any issues with the reservation or ticketing process.

If this was a cash fare you think it would take 3+ days to issue a ticket number? This is not one but two tickets with two separate carriers (one is strictly RJ, other is BA connecting to AA).
