Dont use a travel agent if flights are disrupted or cancelled you have to go via agent. Book direct with BA and you can get a voucher for the cost of the flight up to check in closes of you don’t want to fly and you can use this voucher to rebook to another BA destination. If the flight is cancelled you have a lot of flexibility to rebook even on more expensive flights or take a refund.
