I would take take the comfort option of a lie-flat seat in Business rather than a cramped seat in Economy for the overnight Return, even if the short flying time means you won't actually get much sleep.
If you want to save a bit of money you could always fly Economy or Premium Economy on the Outbound during the day, which is much easier to tolerate sat "bolt upright" at the back of the aircraft.
