I should know better... so I am sitting in the BOS AC waiting for my flight. I happend to skip lunch and decided buy a meal at the AC. I opted for the tuna plate of sushi. I had low expectations and expected something on par with 'grocery store' sushi. The bartender handed the box and fixin's to me and it looked to be about what I expected. Now, I prefer sashimi to nigiri so I was actually picking the tuna off of the rice to eat it. After my second piece I looked down to notice that the tuna had been colored with some sort of food coloring that had also tinted the rice red as well.

Very classy AA. Somewhere I envision some employee spray painting the fish before slapping it on the rice. This brings new meaning to 'mystery meat.'

I strongly encourage you to skip the sushi!!!
