So, at least they are willing to do that so I should not be out any $$ once I receive the item and send it to the mint.
HOWEVER, I spent at minimum 30 minutes ordering these coins (perhaps even 60 minutes, I can't remember this particular order, but it usually takes between 30-60 mins of trying to get an order through).
I also need to now deal with returning to the mint and dropping off the package, etc which will take a minimum 15 minutes of my time.
So, I spend somewhere between 45 minutes to an hour and a half on what I was told would be $120 payout. This was an offer they solicited me with, and I agreed to by completing their forms and keeping them informed of my order information. So, in fact, there was a contract defined here which they have broken.
I'm still really unhappy and will likely cancel my outstanding orders with them and most probably not continue to do business with them based on this, but their offer to at least refund shipping may sway others to be a bit more forgiving.

no answer, no apology, nothing
I will cancel all my orders with them and never sell them a single coin in the future. They would have made more money from the 12 coins we have outstanding with them than the money they would lose from these 3 coins I guarantee you that.
