That's still a good question and like the poster upthread, I'd rather have the option of sitting in a bad lounge than no option at all. Only at check in did I learn Lufthansa group no longer offers lounge access in OTP (why not?) and thought I'd use my PP card but no dice. The Tarom lounge is 45 euros to pay for entry, which given its quality is a joke.
