Yes, authorized users can guest immediate family or up to 2 guests so long as they have same day travel on AA or partners. Probably one of the top reasons we still keep the card. There is a specific section on the aa.com Admirals Club Access page for Executive Card authorized users that spells this out: https://www.aa.com/i18n/travel-info/...lub-access.jsp
