It took me 4 days of experiencing the same as you. I did leave a message each time. I finally got a call back on the 4th day and I was able to book on the phone. Interestingly, the call was from their Austin location but she was able to book me into the AZ property. I would still keep trying first thing in the morning and keep leaving messages. Best of luck!!
