Yes.
Book the cheapest one way award flight you can find. Domestic or international and then cancel it for a Future Travel Voucher. This will keep the 241 alive until Sept 2023 however you will have to call in to reuse it ( it will have the cash + avios wrapped up with the voucher ) and you won't be able to change the name of the other passenger travelling with you.
Simples...
