I made puchases from Best Buy through the AAdvantage eShopping system on 7/14/04 and 8/5/04, and never got any miles. I put in the request for the missing miles through the automated system on the site, and here is the reply I received:
"Thank you for contacting AAdvantage eShopping(SM) support.
Unfortunately, the merchant has not reported any order information
regarding
this order. The merchant must report directly to the AAdvantage
eShopping(SM) program to credit miles.
The merchant may have not reported your order due to one of the
following.
1) The items you ordered do not qualify for AAdvantage miles.
2) Your last click before shopping was not through the AAdvantage
eShopping(SM) mall.
3) You have adware on your system that redirected your link.
4) You do not accept cookies.
5) You cleared your cookies after clicking through the AAdvantage
eShopping(SM) mall.
6) You did not make a purchase before you closed your browser and
returned
later to purchase.
7) You purchased something from an old shopping cart that was not
credited
to the Advantage eShopping(SM)program.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I replied back that none of these items apply (I went through all the purchase steps as directed, and I use 4 anti-spyware programs), and that I would like to get a name and phone number of someone to talk to if they were still unable to credit me with the miles I'm due. I sent that reply 10/29 and I haven't received any response.
I couldn't find any phone number on the eShopping website; anybody have any suggestions on where I should go with this?
