Did my test to head home from Peru yesterday, got the results this morning. Ended up having to write my birthday on it since all they put on it was my age and passport number on it. Scanned it, downloaded it and filled out the Attestment form about 10 minutes after they approved my test and a green check about 30 seconds later.
