Far, far removed from the attempted murders on the Orient Express in From Russia With Love!

The linked article is unclear -- were the shootings on the train, or in the station? Amtrak claims that "No passengers or crew were injured during the shooting," but one of the suspects was killed. If the suspect was in the station, then why evacuate the train?
