The card looks like a better way to earn elite status than the consumer card (5k for 2 nights vs. 10k for 5 nights) if you are a bigger spender.
The lack of the 15k free night, as well as an annual free night also are disappointing.
What is the AF? Per Points Man it is $199.
After reading Brian Kelly’s blog, this looks very underwhelming. I’m not sure what the big advantage for me would be to have both cards. I have all 3 Marriott Amex cards, but I do not see myself getting both of the Hyatt cards for now. The SUB would be nice, so maybe I will eventually. We will see.
