What an absolute poop show going on at Barclays right now. My business card was reported as stolen in late August and unfortunately had to deal with fraudulent charges which I reported. Shortly after that, Barclays transitioned (don't know the specifics) their business cards and my new card number wasn't properly generated. So, something was lost in translation on their end and nobody can see the new card details (this is happening to many people apparently).

Just received a statement today which still has the balance from all the fraudulent charges and now finance charges are accumulating. Barclays reps are helpless and sound defeated, lots of apologies and saying they don't know what to do. Neither do I.
