Thanks for the update. I’m waiting for response for my second escalation before going down this route. Did you attach your copy of the original signed documents for the Cashplus account to the FINRA, CFPB complaints you filed?

I found mine under the CashPlus Account details. Around middle of the page, there was a section about the identity and credit protection and a section about the Amex with a link to take me to the application. After I opened the Amex that section and the link disappeared.
