Hi,

What cabin are you travelling in ( ie World Traveller,World Traveller Plus , Club world )
Each cabin has its own bonus ( depenidng on the fare class)

The Bronze/Silver/Gold bonus is on the base mileage only ( ie about 5,400 miles or so for LHR-LAS for example)
