Per the room details for a Club 91 room:
  • Club 91 Rates valid for 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 or younger. Additional person supplements:
  • Ages 6-12: $75 plus tax daily / Ages 13-17: $100 plus tax daily / Ages 18 plus: $125 plus tax daily
As for whether it is worth it or not, that is a matter of preference. As a Titanium, you can already get breakfast for 2 of you and I'd guess you could buy a lot of food/drinks per day for the $285/day charge ($110 for the 2 of you + $75 + $100). It is nice to head to the lounge for some snacks and/or help from the agents there, but I doubt I'd pay that much for it. But everyone has different priorities and likes/dis-likes.
