I did a T4-to-car-rental round trip this week and it is more like 30 mins+ by the time you wait on the rather infrequent buses. Funnily enough, I was thinking to myself (freezing outside waiting on the bus) "Why didnt I fly to LGW as you just exit the terminal and walk 20 metres to the rental desk".

I hope it is not true..........
