High load on my LHR-ARN on Saturday. A321neo with the curtain around row 14 I think. The crew were great. Very friendly and quick at getting drinks out and then serving food - explaining all three choices. A few pax didn't want to eat so it seemed like everyone got a choice of meal (much better than my outbound where the choice of two meals was gone on row 2 out of 7).

A majority of passengers seemed to be connecting to a flight to China and they had trouble following instructions, ignoring the seatbelt signs throughout the flight and evening walking down the aisle to chat to another passenger as we taxied to the runway but the crew kept their calm. On landing at Arlanda, they made an announcement that the Chinese passengers connecting to Air China had to wait in the terminal and could not clear immigration. Their flight wasn't until 7pm the next day!
