you are not venturing into some unchartered territories where antigen test is unheard of or not accepted widely.
in fact, you are far from those regions - where one can be denied exiting a country for not taking PCR, denied entry into the airport on day of departure for not taking PCR, denied an accompanying MoH certificate for taking antigen test instead of PCR

technician may not have an idea about cycle threshold if they are just lab monkeys that place/remove test tubes, but the determination of cycle threshold is not random nor manual.
it's part of the manufacturer test kit protocol. and pcr machine settings are already programmed to that
