No, because to use hindsight to design what is mentioned at this point, which when based on just one example is not a sensible approach for the airline.
If you do take legal action it would be great if you can return and let us know the outcome. I think if you can highlight a particular failing like the lack of reminder email, you have a chance, on the general principal I think you lose, but I’m not a lawyer, good luck.
