There is a common issue with the Hyatt website not loading for bots. I encountered this issue (very easy to get around, the people that made Hyatt's website are clueless) last week. Not sure if there's an error with the site causing it to incorrectly assume legitimate users are bots but, given the quality of the website, I would not be surprised if this was the case.

Essentially, if you are getting a 429, Hyatt thinks you are a bot. This could be because you are loading too many pages on the website. Funnily enough, my selenium scraper now scrapes data off of Hyatt without any problems (and I'm hardly an expert at doing this). So this protection that could be yielding a frustrating customer experience likely accomplishes nothing but aggrevation.
