on September 25th, when you cancelled your other points reservations, was the 365k points advance reservation already pricing at 425k? If so that would be correct because points advance reservation only guarantees reservation availability and not the point value. -or- did you make a points advance reservation on September 25th pricing out at 365k and couldn’t get the cert issued because your other points don’t come back in which you emailed them and by their response date on Sept 27th, it went to 425k? I guess this would have been better by phone altogether on Sept 25th.
