It's down to the discretion of the lounge staff. As you're arriving and departing from LHR T4, you may find that showing your BP from the arriving flight will swing it; I wouldn't count on access to the Concorde Room though. If you have OW Emerald status (which your profile doesn't seem to indicate is the case) then problem solved (for the F lounge, that is)

No. The system I am looking at is showing no F inventory LHR-TLV-LHR around those dates.

The BOS lounge is fine, homogenised product. Seat 2A comes highly recommended as being one of the most comfortable for a lone traveller, some prefer 1A but then it depends how much comings and goings with the cupboard bother you.
