How full do you typically see JL F? I have never been in a full F cabin.
In my experience, a full JL F international cabin is rare. I think I've experienced it only once (NRT-SFO) in the 15 years that I've been regularly flying JL. Pre-COVID, I'd say F loads on my flights were about 50% full on average. In the last year, I've either been the only passenger or there have been 2 F pax total on the 3 JL F international flights I've flown. I only fly JL F on award space, so perhaps my experience is skewed towards emptier F cabins.
The JL F FAs are great offering the middle seat to use for sleep, if the cabin loads work out. I think it's easier for everyone that way.
