I did not cancel again. It took them 7 days to put the points back in my account. I don’t know why the points went up but I have multiple screenshots and videos of what the rate was on the date I had to book on points advance since the points I had from my other cancellation were not properly credited back to my account. After I was reassured by phone and email multiple times that they would give me the additional 60k points, I booked my airfare in reliance on that so I am just astounded that they would go back on their word
