first read I think the message said they will give you the 60k difference since your cancelled res points didn’t go back in time for your to make this reservation. But also warned if you cancel this reservation in which they gave you 60k, they will reclaim this amount, which is understandable.
so do you have the original 365k needed? (Plus their 60k) to make the new updated points reservation?
I do have the 365k points needed now. However, Marriott is refusing to give me the 60k points they promised me. I even provided a copy of the email they sent me indicating they would provide me 60k points! They said it’s just not something they do. I definitely feel baited and switched
