I was considering staying there when I am down in PV in a couple weeks, but the fact that its not beachfront is a huge knock for me. I wound up booking the Conrad instead of here, since I'm staying at the W Punta Mita for a couple nights immediately after. If you don't mind not being on the beach they are offering some very good rates right now. I was seeing ~$150/nt.
