Yes you can load SS VGCs to BB Serve Visa &Amex, but occasionally they get declined for one reason or another. I believe this is usually for reasons such as the network is down or the CSR puts in the wrong code to load them, but my success with them has been very good the last couple months when loading $500 at a time.
