I checked this every day, and while the algo did lower the points at times no IHG property where reviews didn't mention drug use or prostitution at the hotel ever went below 41,000 points. Either IHG doesn't want the award to be usable or it doesn't realize just how bad their normal grade properties are, but I'll be downgrading this card for sure.
