Hi.
I would probably avoid the weekends for niagara falls as lot of tourists come in at weekends.
I would also try to go to niagara on the lake as it is a nice drive or cycle along the parkway close to the river
October might also get more tourists for the fall colours along the gorge now that canada is reopening to some countries.
