I'd never heard of KLF but I like that Tammy version! It's on Spotify too. Very early-90s pop sound.
If you were around in about 1990 you probably heard them, just didn't know it was them. Check out 3 a.m.eternal and last train to trancentral.

How did I get the non-usa version I wonder? If I remember they released the Tammy Wynette version after, maybe it was a re-release.

p.s. Oh, same group, I think it was different name, but they sang Doctorin the Tardis, too.
