We got a handwritten note once on WN after moving to accommodate a frantic family that had missed family boarding, and then chatting pleasantly with the FA as she kept us well lubricated after telling us to keep our (expired) drink coupons. Tbh, not having a toddler between us was thanks enough, but the gestures were surely appreciated by us.
