I have followed this thread now for a while and whilst I was initially very sympathetic to OPs situation, I am now more and more wondering about the OP's thought process here.

OP asked for advice and got it, did not action on it, and comes now with an 'I know it anyway better' and 'where is my lawyer' attitude.

Given that, I would like to wish OP good luck with the latter. Personally, I suggest to suck it up like a man and move on.
