i really dont think any human is reviewing this. it's automated.
do you really think any French is sitting behind computer at 6:30 am clicking the "Approve" button?
Agree. Especially those who submitted 2nd, 3rd, 4th applications within a few days when their 2nd or 3rd one did not yield any result. One poster on Trip Advisor did exactly that, and submitted theirs at just past Midnight France time, thinking theirs would be the first in queue for a human eye the next morning, despite the "instant approvals" have been going on for 3 weeks or more by now, and almost all happened within a few minutes in a specific time frame when the applications arrive - that seems to between 6:00 to 10:00 am France time with the most successes reported being done between 8:00 to 9:00am hour... Though pages back on this very thread someone also said around Lunch France Time seems working also. But the poster has not said what exactly is the "Lunch Time"... Presumably it is between 1 to 2pm France time? Since this is a Lone DP, with the majority of the successes were done in the 6 to 10am France time, personally I chose the 8:30am France time spot, and just created a new file under the same account.
It is so obvious that there is no human eyes actually review those "instant approvals" because there is no way a human can open each attached file to review the info, match with the data on the application then approve the application.
When I edited my flight info, I decided to open each file to see how long it took me to finish "reviewing" all files - it is at least 10 min to just open the file, without going thru the details on each one ... Yet the "instant approvals" often came within 3 to 5 min after the acknowledgement of receiving the submission.

this can be easily tested. put in your dog's name, dob, dog passport lol, dummy self made vac card of a human's name and submit at 6:30 am weekday and see what happen . would be an interesting experiment.
Entirely possible about the turning off of automation.

A glitch in the system? So that is never an intention for such happening? That may get plugged any given time when discovered?
Since the whole process has NO LOGIC whatsoever from the beginning when the applications were submitted thru a dedicated email address, and are getting more weird since it has moved to online application, many are wised up and just followed the "proven" path instead of trying to find any sensible logic in the process because there is NONE, at least not for anyone who has tried to rationalize it!
That was the primary reason I told a friend to do it Friday morning France time instead of waiting for this Monday because you never know how long this can last!
