What is the ABA rate? The St. Regis suite is great and almost the same size as the Fifth Avenue Suite. The biggest difference is the view which is secondary for a hotel like this IMO. Next time you book on cash, I highly recommend comparing the rate against what you could get at the MO. I am obviously a fan of the STR NY but the MO is probably my favorite now. On Bonvoy points or the new 85K FNC, I think the STR is the undisputed best option in NYC until the Ritz NoMad opens.

Haven't thought about an MO since my last trip to Hong Kong (which now seems like ages ago) but might look into it for the next trip to NY.
I am in the camp of those who enjoy the free breakfast and 4pm checkout (and the St.R generally... the water pressure in the shower, the whole thing). but I assume I could get similar breakfast and check out benefits via FHR or whatever at MO
