Will TAP deny me boarding/cause me problems?

Hi,

I am a Canadian citizen (and resident) and have the following itinerary booked with TAPair.
I am fully vaccinated and have a Swiss Covid certificate which is compatible/equivalent with the EU vaccine certificate.

Oct 4:
Toronto - Lisbon (23 hour layover) - Casablanca

Oct 13:
Casablanca - Lisbon (4 hour layover) - Toronto

Canada has just banned all flights and Covid tests from Morocco, so in order to re-enter Canada, I will need to book an additional flight from Casablanca to Lisbon on October 11th, to enable to get a PCR test in Portugal before returning to Canada.

First leg (entering Portugal and Morocco):
- As a Canadian, coming from Canada, I should be able to enter Portugal without any tests as I have a compatible EU vaccine certificate.
- Passengers travelling from Canada do not need a PCR test to enter Morocco as its on Morocco's country A list. However, travellers entering from Portugal, which is on Morocco's B list do need a PCR test. Timatic and Morocco's travel website are silent on how transiting through B list countries are treated. The Tapair website states: "Passengers originating at an A list country, that transited thru a B list country on they way to Morocco, are considered B list"
HOWEVER, I emailed the Moroccan Embassy in Canada and they wrote to me this is not true, and that if I am in Portugal less than 24 hours, I do not need a PCR test to enter Canada.

Second leg (entering Portugal from Morocco):
- on Timatic, it says that only residents/citizens of EU countries (and not Canadians) can enter Portugal from Morocco.
- However, on Tapair's website, it states:
  1. Passengers on flights from countries that are not members of the European Union or that are not countries associated with the Schengen Area (other than United Kingdom, USA, Canada and Brazil), exclusively for essential reasons (*) (**)
  2. (**) No essential reasons are required for passengers holding an EU Digital Covid Recovery/Vaccination Certificate, or a vaccination/recovery certificate issued by third countries (see: acceptance conditions for third country certificates)

- Unfortunately, I don't know where this derives from since the Portuguese travel website (in English) provides essentially no information. But this should enable me to enter Portugal because while I don't have essential reasons to enter Portugal, I do have a vaccine certificate.

-----------

The way I see it, I should be in the clear for everything but am concerned about the following:
- Tapair denying me boarding in Toronto because I don't have a negative PCR test to enter Morocco after transiting through Portugal
- Tapair denying me boarding in Morocco to enter Portugal because I am a Canadian
- Tapair cancelling my flight from Lisbon to Toronto as I will miss its first leg (Casablanca-Lisbon) as I will need to book another flight to get me to Portugal.

After reading this, I'm curious to hear from those who know Tap well/have travelled recently how they think this will go for me. Ofcourse, if anyone has any suggestions or advice, I would greatly appreciate hearing it.

Thank you!
