I have had the plain vanilla platinum and yesterday added my newly obtained CS platinum to my Uber account - upon sign-on on Uber Eats I has a $15.00 credit but when I went to place my order, there was a $30 credit so the Uber credit of $15.00 for the newly added credit card was immediately added to my account.
