The CL would require an extra security check unless departing from T3 or Intl G, so that would take up some additional time. The VS lounge would be more convenient for those departing from T1 or Intl A since they are connected airside.
The CX lounge is still closed.

When I walked by the entryway to the Intl A lounges several days ago, there was a sign posted on the electronic screen stating that AmEx was accepted. The same sign said that opening hours were 10:30am-5:30pm.
