The Nusr-et restaurant is open now but its completely separate from the hotel, the room service breakfast is here to stay as I was told by the front desk there’s no relationship between the hotel and restaurant. They even walked up the door in the hallway that would enter the old restaurant previously.
Will add they also seem to no longer have the minibar stocked, rather the items are on the menu screen on the TV and you have to call if you want something. Seems rather cheap for a "luxury" hotel that very much still charges luxury prices to not have a properly stocked minibar
