Agreed. Anyone talking about uncrowded Centurion lounges with easy, polite checkin and Polaris lounges has not traveled much in the last 19 months.

I was at SFO Centurion last Friday and will be back in two days. I always check in on the app, which usually states how busy it is.

The CL has self serve hot and fresh food. The UL has self serve packaged food. I go to the CL first, AF/KLM lounge second, JAL third, the AL fourth, the UL fifth.

I am at LAX also nearly every week and hope the CL reopens. Now that the *A lounge is open, I have little reason to go to the UL, which is one of the best but the *A has showers, self pour alcohol, an outdoor patio with fire pits...not even Polaris competes with that.
