Looks like I was super unlucky back in early Aug. My DAL-SFO-SNA trip was disrupted by SFO traffic management, and I had no choice but to fly to LAX. Then a nightmare at LAX to get Uber to Orange County at midnight, wholly pissed off.

When's the last time we saw material delays at SFO? With reduced flights since 3/2020, it's been smooth sailing. SFO has better on time performance than LAX.
Lastest DOT report showed that SFO actually had better on time performance (78.9%) than SJC (77.3%).
