I've done a RT-PCR test with genestrings at that location, I didn't have any issues (with my sample size of 1). I did not use their app, walked up to make the appointment & printed the report from a link they sent in the results email. The results came back in about 5 hours. Long lines and wait times may become an issue just before Canada flights if they remain the only accepted lab.

This forced testing in Delhi & the 18 hour test validity is a pain for all of us who do not live in Delhi. They're basically mandating a 12+ hour stopover in Delhi.
