do you really think any French is sitting behind computer at 6:30 am clicking the "Approve" button?
so why are they only auto approved in a short window in the AM? Why not the whole business day, or 24 hours for that matter. And how can they give an automated approval without someone looking at the documents? The whole thing seems crazy.
